In these conditions ‘Company’ means www.inspirations4u.com run by E&G Fira  ?Customer’ means the individual, firm, company or other party who are interested in products which the Company sells. ‘Goods’ mean the goods, articles and materials, which are to be supplied by the Company. ‘Order’ means a purchase order in respect of the goods issued to the Customer by the Company.

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to the E&G Fira. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it in whole or part, other than for Customer own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without our permission. Customer may not modify, delete, distribute or post anything on this website for any purpose.

Accuracy of content

Every care has been taken in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that the details, descriptions and prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing. Colors shown on the website pictures may vary slightly from the actual.

Prices

All prices and special offers quoted on this website are specific to www.inspirations.com and are on-line store prices only. The prices quoted are those valid at the time of placing an order. Company reserve right to change prices at any time, but changes will not be made for submitted order

Acknowledgement and acceptance of your order

Company will notify Customer by email as soon as possible to acknowledge receipt of Customer order and to provide Customer with an order number. If Company is unable to fulfil Customer order following this acknowledgement, Company will contact Customer by email or by telephone. The acceptance of order will take place upon despatch of the product(s) ordered. If Customer requires further information concerning order can email us quoting order number. Alternatively Customer can go to My Account to access further order information. Company may not accept Customer order if product or pricing error has been identified or if Company is unable to obtain authorisation for payment. Please note that Company reserves the right to reject any offer to purchase by Customer at any time

Availability

All items are subject to availability. Company will inform Customer as soon as possible if the goods ordered are not available.

Delivery and Risk
Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Customer at the place specified in the order form. Delivery dates are given in good faith and are only approximate dates. No liability is accepted for any unforeseen delays subsequently arising or for any consequential loss or damage caused to the Customer or third parties as a result of any delays for whatever reason.

Company delivers through all Ireland, deliveries can be made also abroad after previous confirmation.
Company will deliver orders in accordance with the delivery rates detailed on Delivery page. Cost of transport for Ireland is generated automatically, for quotations for international shipping please contact us at info@inspirations4u.com, cost is determined by weight and country of destination.

Company reserves the right to change shipping charges.

Payment

Payment for order is made by using PayPal service. Payment for the Goods shall be payable on placement of order, but not later than 4 working days after that date. After this time order will be cancelled and  Company will not be liable for delay or non-delivery of Goods. Company retain the legal ownership of all goods until full payment has been made by Customer and received by Company and legal ownership of the goods will immediately transfer back to Company if any refund of payment for the goods were made. Risk in the goods transfers to Customer upon delivery.

Statutory Rights
These Terms and Conditions except the Customer’s statutory rights are not affected.

Applicable Law
The Company only accepts orders and sells its Goods upon and subject to these Terms and Conditions which shall prevail over any terms or conditions of the Customer. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Irish Law and the parties acknowledge and accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.

Legally binding contract

Please remember that when Company accepts Customer submitted order for Goods on www.inspirations4u.com, there will be a legally binding contract.

Cancellation rights

Under the distance selling regulations Customer has the legal right to cancel an order within seven working days of receiving the goods (with the exception of personalised Goods). Personalised items can only be returned or exchanged if faulty. For further details of how to return goods please see our returns policy and procedure. Please note there is no return on clearance items.

Privacy Policy

All Customer and account information maintained by www.inspirations4u.com will be kept private and confidential and will only be used by www.inspirations4u.com. It will not be given or sold to a third party. Account information is kept secure and is maintained in a secure database. No credit card details are maintained on our site for security

Delivery and Returns

Delivery:

Orders will be posted within three working days after receipt of payment and we will inform about receiving payment and shipment.

Shipping is calculated based on the weight of your goods.
Prices start at EUR 3.00 and go up to EUR 12.00 depending on the weight of your order.
Shipments will be made by post or courier. Taking care of our customers interests the delivery operator with better offer will be selected.

Free shipping for orders over EUR 70 in Ireland. Please use discount code “Free” at the checkout to receive free delivery. Otherwise shipping fee will apply automatically.

Deliveries will be made Monday – Friday during business hours and will require a signature and contact phone number. Please check condition of goods before you receive them and only sign if you are happy that they are not damaged.

If you need a tracking number of your parcel, please contact us.

You can also pick up your parcel on one of our stalls. Please contact us when we will be in your area at the event.

Returns:

We hope you are happy with all goods you ordered, but if you are not fully satisfied or change your mind you may post them back to us within 14 days of receiving your goods in a fully resalable condition, with all tags and labels intact and having been unused. You must inform us about your intention within 48 hours of receiving your goods at info@inspirations4u.com and you will be advised about next steps.

The return postage charge must be paid by the customer and this will not be refunded unless the item is faulty.

If a product is defective in any way, please return it immediately and we will either deliver a new one to you or refund you the cost of the product and original delivery cost. Any breakages or damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

All items must be returned with proof of purchase. Please ensure they are correctly packaged to make certain they will not be damaged in transit. Your refund will be issued once the return has been received by us.

All personalised items are exempt from being returned. Unless they arrive damaged.
